Directions of Use

Shake CBD One Signature Blend No.1 500mg CBD Oil well before use. If too thick, put bottle in warm water for a few minutes. Hold 2-3 drops under the tongue for a minute then swallow. Repeat 2-3 times per day. Start small and gradually increase.
