Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of payment clearance for orders placed before 3:00 pm. We offer Free Delivery for orders over £60 within the UK.
We use Royal Mail 48 and APC Overnight shipping services for UK Orders. We will use other postal or courier services like DHL, UPS, etc if necessary. The majority of our UK orders take 2 working days to deliver from the time of dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information from the relevant courier.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your delivery please contact our customer service team at info@natureshealthbox.co.uk or 03337729007 who will help you track your parcel.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we can arrange for redelivery of ambient items; however, an additional delivery charge will apply. We cannot offer redelivery of any perishable items.
Please note: we deliver perishable items to all postcodes in England and Wales, as well as selected postcodes in Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you are unsure whether we can ship perishable items to your area, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

All perishable items are shipped using a 24-hour courier service with bespoke packaging designed to keep frozen, chilled, and fresh foods fully insulated during delivery. This packaging includes eco-friendly wool or denim lining, ice packs or dry ice, and double-walled cardboard to help ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

*Ambient items may occasionally be delivered up to 24 hours later than stated. This may occur during periods of high demand when courier services are particularly busy or if the delivery address is a significant distance from our warehouse.
All orders are subject to delays depending on stock availability and the items you have ordered, we will contact you if this is the case.
If a parcel is refused by the customer at the point of delivery or is not collected from a designated pickup point within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a shipping fee of £6.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping and handling. This deduction applies regardless of whether the original delivery was offered with free shipping.
Packaging & Delivery
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way.
Our courier will provide you with tracking details and a time slot via text and/or email on the morning of your delivery so you can follow your delivery or provide extra information if you are not going to be available to accept the delivery.
If you are unable to accept the delivery, our courier will leave your order in a designated safe place. You must provide clear instructions on where to leave the order safely by using the details provided in the email notification. Please note that all orders left in a safe place are done so at the buyer's risk, and WholefoodsBox cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once the order has been delivered as instructed.
Please transfer the frozen items immediately to a freezer upon delivery. We cannot provide any refunds for orders which are not immediately transferred to the freezer to prevent defrosting.
We strive to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables by handpicking your order just before dispatch. However, as our perishable items need to travel, some may not arrive in peak condition. While we take every precaution to minimise this, our refund and discount policy only applies to items with significant damage or spoilage. Minor imperfections or natural changes during transit are to be expected and are not eligible for discounts. We encourage customers to report any major issues within 24 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can review and address them appropriately.
International Delivery
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that customers will be responsible for any costs incurred. All EU orders are subject to 20% import VAT. If the customer does not pay Import Duty/Tax on time, the customer shipping fee will not be refunded when order is returned.
