How does Honeydew Honey differ to nectar honey?

Honeydew Honey is honey made by bees using honeydew, which, like nectar, is a sap-derived, sugary liquid. The taste of honeydew honey is less sweet than nectar honey, and its colour is much darker. 

Does Hilltop Organic Honeydew Honey have an expiry date?

Hilltop Organic Honeydew Honey may crystallise but it it should never really go off – this is due to its high content of natural sugar. Best before dates are printed on all Organic Honeydew Honey's, so it is recommended to finish them before that suggested date.
