The Eucalyptus Caliginosa (Stringy Bark) is a highly valued honey and pollen tree with stringy like bark, red underlayers and small branches. It is commonly found in the Northen Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia.

How does Stringy Bark Honey differ to other honeys?

Compared to most honeys, Stringy Bark is a dark and much stronger honey that froths naturally when heated, making it an ideal cooking ingredient for Cakes.
