Naturya Breakfast Boost Cacao Crunch contains:
- Cacao Nibs - Unlike other rainforest crops grown on a large scale such as coffee, cacao cultivation doesn’t drive the clearing of large areas of trees, as the cacao plant needs the shade of the natural rainforest to grow.
- Hemp Seeds - Cold processed, our organic hemp seeds have a slightly nutty flavour and provide an excellent way to boost protein intake.
- Chia Seeds - Unlike other grain crops such as rice, oats, wheat and corn, chia seeds are relatively low in carbohydrates – only around 7% of their dry weight. They are however, high in fibre, protein, and the minerals iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Directions of Use
