Directions of Use

To define the whole of the eye, with the soft organic eyeliner pencil, draw two lines, one on the top of the eyelid close to your lashes and another underneath the eye, starting at the inner corner of the eye working your way to the outer corner, making sure that the top and bottom line meet at the outer corner
