  • All-American Gluten Free Rice Porridge - Americans know how to do puddings, cooking rice flakes with milk and stirring in dried cranberries and adding a large dollop of smooth peanut butter. A scattering of chocolate chips makes for a sweet finish.
  • Gluten Free Christmas Porridge Twist - Add 200ml semi-skimmed milk to 50g rice flakes and simmer on a hob for 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, stir in a zest of a clementine and top with cranberry sauce. Perfect for a Christmas morning treat. Alternatively stir in a spoonful of mincemeat for a sweet n spicy festive delight.
  • Instant Gluten Free Rice Pudding - Stir 200ml of almond milk into 50g of rice flake porridge. With an 800w microwave, cook for 3 minutes.
