Directions of Use
Rainforest Foods recommend that you take 6 500mg tablets daily, all at once or 2-3 times during the day.
The tablets should ideally be taken 30 minutes before meals and with water.
Rainforest Foods also recommend that you take a reduced dose (e.g. 3-4 tablets daily) during the first week to minimise detoxification symptoms.
