Sourdough is made with the naturally occurring yeast and bacteria found in flour, however The Gluten Free Bakery Sourdough Pizza Mix has no added yeast.

Directions of Use

For one pizza base you should mix 120g of The Gluten Free Bakery Sourdough Pizza Mix into a bowl. Add 90ml of water and mix together until combined. Place on a non-stick baking tray. Spread and shape using a wet spatula. If you are using a wet sauce or toppings, par bake the base first for 5 minutes at 200°C. If not, go ahead and add your preferred toppings. Bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 250°C.
