What does Viridian 100% Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil do?

Viridian 100% Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil contains Alpha Linolenic acid (ALA/Omega 3) which contributes towards the maintenance of normal Cholesterol levels. It also contains gamma linolenic acid (GLA), a small amount of omega-9, and a broad range of Other Nutrients including Vitamin E (full spectrum of tocopherols & tocotrienols) plus carotenoids (alpha-carotene, beta carotene and lutein).
