Is gluten free fettuccine good?

Yes, we think so! Liberto Fettuccine is high in protein & fibre and much lower in carbohydrates than traditional pasta. 

Should you rinse gluten free pasta?

There's no need! Simply use Liberto Fettuccine in place of your traditional wheat or corn pasta and boil in water for 4 - 5 minutes.
