Al’Fez was officially launched in 2001 by food enthusiast Sam Jacobi, and within a short space of time was listed in several well-known shops in London and the South East. Where do Al’Fez products come from?

Core ingredients in the Al’Fez range, such as Za’atar, Sumac, Tahini and Couscous, are all imported from origin. Al’Fez Sauces and pastes are made to, founder, Sam Jacobi's own recipes, which use spice blends exclusively created for each Al’Fez product.
