Arnica Massage Balm from Weleda aids in the relief of pains including, rheumatic pain, muscular pain and stiffness, backache, bruising, fibrositis, sprains and minor sports injuries.

Directions of Use

• Shake bottle well, before first use.
• Apply to the skin. 
• Adults the elderly and children over 12 years: apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage 3 - 4 times daily. 
• Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower, while the skin is still damp. 

Caution:

• Do not apply to broken skin.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, you are pregnant or breastfeeding or under 12 years old.
• May stain clothing if used in excess.
• Discard 3 months after opening.
